Triple Bottom Line & Sustainability  25 years ago, John Elkington coined the “Triple Bottom Line” of People, Planet and Profit (also known as the 3Ps, TBL or 3BL).   ‘India Taking Rapid Strides Towards Its Sustainability Goals’ For for LOI 3  & 4 Personal Connect- I have selected to research where does India stand  During the panel discussion, it was unanimously agreed that India has the onerous task of achieving those SDGs especially since greenhouse gases emitted by it is the third-largest in the world at 7% of global emissions.  India has made steady progress towards achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in areas of health, energy, and infrastructure , As per NITI Aayog's latest SDG India Index. India's overall score across SDGs improved by 6 points; from 60 in 2019 to 66 in 2020-21. There have been nationwide improvements in ‘clean water and sanitation and ‘affordable and clean energy. Kerala achieved the highest overall score in the Index followed by Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Goa.
